Planning for the holidays? Come to the cottage for healing skin care and Ayurvedic spa treatments

August 5-6, from 10 am Friday to 4 pm Saturday

For the longest time, I dreamed of organizing a spa weekend at a cottage on a secluded lake. This is now possible thanks to Ann, a fellow student of the Bioenergetics Institute who has a cottage in Val-des-Monts, Quebec.

 

In this photo, a client is receiving an Ayurvedic eye treatment to both detox the eyes and nourrish all the tissues, including the optic nerve. Soothing and sooooo relaxing.

Other treatments include bioenergetic facials, herbal body scrubs, full body oileation, and others. Weekend also includes a 1-hour class on essential oils and carrier oils that are best suited for your skin type. Face to Grace products will also be available on site.
