Yummy hair, face and body cleanser recipe
Ingredients:
Large pot of water
15 cardamon pods
1 fresh lemon
4 tsp creamy honey
Method:
1. Before you take a bath or shower, warm up the water and make a cardamom pods tea. Don’t boil it.
2. Keep 1 tsp aside in a small cup or bowl.
3. Once the tea it’s off the stove, squeeze a fresh lemon and add 3 teaspoons of honey.
4. Take the tsp of tea set aside, add 1 tsp of creamy honey.
5. Bring the large pot in the washroom and make sure the water has cooled to a comfortable temperature.
6. Pour 1/3 to half the content on your hair, depending on how long it is
7. Soak your facecloth with the tea and friction the body. Then rinse.
8. Apply the thicker mixture on your hands and rub until it gets really sticky. Don’t rinse.
9. Apply on your face using the palms from the chin to the temple; they should adhere gently. Lift them off and continue with the rest of your face. It should make a shhh noise.
10. If you have black heads, this will help remove them and protect from bacteria and infection. It will also make you skin feel peachy clean and give it a nice tone and colour.
Optional: Give yourself a warm sesame oil massage after showering or bathing.
